N\u00e4r det h\u00e4nder r\u00f6r sig i de flesta fall ingenting l\u00e4ngre.<\/p>\n<p>Det som g\u00f6r drivaxeln och drivknutssatsen s\u00e5 viktiga \u00e4r de uppgifter de utf\u00f6r i fordonets drivlina. Det handlar om ett verkligt kraftprov. Utan en drivaxel skulle den kraft som motorn genererar aldrig n\u00e5 fram till hjulen. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r fordonet blir st\u00e5ende n\u00e4r antingen sj\u00e4lva axeln eller n\u00e5gon del av drivknutssatsen g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder.<\/p>\n<h2>Drivaxelns funktionsprincip \u2013 enkel men effektiv<\/h2>\n<p>Motorn genererar den energi som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta fordonet i r\u00f6relse. Med hj\u00e4lp av sv\u00e4nghjulet omvandlas denna energi till en roterande r\u00f6relse. Vid denna tidpunkt finns dock fortfarande ingen f\u00f6rbindelse till hjulen som driver fordonet fram\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r detta kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6rst v\u00e4xell\u00e5dan, vars utv\u00e4xling kan anpassas med hj\u00e4lp av kopplingen och v\u00e4xelvalet. Drivaxeln \u00e4r ansluten till v\u00e4xell\u00e5dan och tar d\u00e4rigenom upp den roterande r\u00f6relsen. Denna \u00f6verf\u00f6rs sedan till de drivande hjulen, vilket s\u00e4tter fordonet i r\u00f6relse.<\/p>\n<h2>Drivknutar m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r styrning och tar upp axiella krafter<\/h2>\n<p>En drivaxel \u00e4r vanligtvis ansluten till flera olika drivknutar som g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r systemet att fungera p\u00e5 avsett s\u00e4tt.
